Graham's Buttermilk Pancakes These are the ones he made for Colleen at his place. 1 ½ cups flour In another bowl, whisk together: 1 ½ c buttermilk Cover and refrigerate for up to six hours
before cooking. (Graham and Colleen found things to do while
they waited.) Notes: The second side cooks in about half the time as the first, and might not be as pretty a brown color. Serve with butter and maple syrup (saving some for other fun, if desired.) |
